MaryMary MA, BA (Hons), Cert Psych, MCMI, FRSA

Mary is a Leadership & Organisational Development Consultant and Executive Coach. She specialises in working with senior teams and individuals at board and executive level, as they manage organisational transitions and change. Her specialist areas of work include:

  • Leadership coaching – Mary works with senior and executive leaders to help them make sense of the increased complexity that accompanies intense periods of change, and to increase their resilience as they lead their organisations and teams through transition. Her focus is on raising awareness of what is happening in the whole ‘organisational system’ so that clients see patterns and connections in their behaviour and their relationships with others, and gain a better understanding of what holds them back, as well as being able to identify the new possibilities for growth and development, leading to change interventions that are sustainable.
  • Leadership development - Mary uses her specialist skills and knowledge of education, psychology and learning methods, to design leadership programmes and consultancy interventions that have impact, enabling participants to become more authentic leaders, aware of the impact of their leadership on others, and the qualities needed to lead sustainable change, build resilience, and develop a culture of high performing teams.
  • Organisational & leadership consultancy – Mary’s area of expertise is group and organisational dynamics. She draws on this understanding to help organisations surface the hidden processes that can ‘derail’ organisations and teams – especially during times of change when relationships and organisational structures are disrupted. This enables clients to become more conscious of behaviour and interventions better aligned to support the organisation’s phase of change, transition and the next phase of development.
