Experience
Prior to consulting Karen gained 12 years experience working for UK and global organisations such as Diageo, British Aerospace and Coats Viyella performing a variety of HR and Management Development management roles. She has consulted now for 8 years working with executives, senior managers and middle managers across both the public and private sector.

She currently supports private sector clients around 75% of her time including American Express, Serco Plc and Sony Music and Public Sector Clients around 25% of her time including local councils and charities.
