Gwen is an experienced and world class Facilitator, Leadership Development and Organisation Development Consultant. As a catalyst for transformational change her areas of focus and support are helping leaders to lead, and bringing the right people together to have powerful and meaningful conversations that matter which lead to effective and sustainable change.

Experience

Gwen spent 15 years in the fast moving world of high street retailing and progressed from store management, through regional management to national sales and operational roles for global retailers - Body Shop International and Sears. She has run a youth development charity in Africa, and has been consulting across the private, public and third sector for 10 years.
