Experience
Gwen spent 15 years in the fast moving world of high street retailing and progressed from store management, through regional management to national sales and operational roles for global retailers - Body Shop International and Sears. She has run a youth development charity in Africa, and has been consulting across the private, public and third sector for 10 years.
