During this time she has learnt through experience how to be an effective team member and how to build teams quickly to deliver results in fast paced environments like retail. Carrie has worked for some of the UK leading retailers such as Laura Ashley and Dixons where she held senior HR and Training roles. In addition, she has worked for Ernst & Young and the NHS. Carrie has been successfully consulting for 10 years now in both the public and private sector.
