When clients hire KGA to supply their coaching needs this is what they can expect:
We will listen to their needs and challenges and propose at least two coaches that they can choose from, underlying the importance of carefully matching coach to coachee understanding the goals, potential blockers and personal styles of the individual concerned.
All objectives are agreed at the beginning and preferably, and where appropriate, with the use of a three cornered contract (employee, organisational sponsor and coach). This transparency is critical to the success of the overall coaching experience.
The coach and coachee then work together at times and locations to suit the client and with total confidentiality guaranteed.
At the end of the process it is recommended that a three way meeting takes place again where success can be evaluated.
Throughout, we monitor our work to ensure it is meeting the contract objectives.
